Our programs span across disability support, out‑of‑home care, aged care, children’s services, and therapeutic and community initiatives, with every role contributing to safe, nurturing environments where people can thrive.

About The Program

Families Together is a Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) funded program that offers flexible, family‑centred case management to help keep children safe and supported at home. Working alongside families, the program aims to reduce the need for out‑of‑home care by building on existing strengths and capabilities. The Program supports parents and carers to respond confidently to their children’s needs and create safe, nurturing home environments through parenting support, strengthened family functioning, promoting healthy child development, and providing practical assistance to ensure homes are safe and supportive places for children to grow.

You will have your own caseload of families and ongoing access to external group supervision as well as internal monthly supervision. To be successful in this role, you will be passionate in delivering trauma‑informed, culturally safe, whole‑of‑family casework interventions and work alongside families to reduce risk and strengthen safety. Ideal opportunity for a passionate Caseworker who is ready to make a difference in the Community! Following successful completion of the 6‑month probation period, work from home option will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
