Darling Downs Health is seeking a Clinical Midwife - Caseload in the Darling Downs region to deliver continuity of care from pregnancy through early parenting, offering autonomy, professional growth and meaningful community impact.

You will provide holistic, evidence-based midwifery care, build trusted partnerships with women and families, manage a caseload, and contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration and compassionate leadership.

Qualifications

• Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver safe, contemporary, woman-centred midwifery care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based midwifery care supporting women, babies and families.
• Build partnerships with women, families and healthcare professionals for seamless, person-centred care.
• Use clinical expertise to navigate complex situations and ensure safe outcomes.
• Lead and mentor to promote learning, innovation and continuous improvement.
