Job summary

LiveHire Limited in Goolwa, SA, is seeking a Case Manager (Homelessness) for a part‑time fixed‑term position to support people experiencing homelessness with access to safe accommodation and essential services.

You will conduct crisis intervention, develop tailored case plans, and empower clients toward independent living within a values‑driven team. WWCC and Safe Environments cert are preferred, with strong community ties in the Southern Fleurieu.

Qualifications

• Experience developing case plans within an established case management model.
• Knowledge of social issues relevant to homelessness.
• Understanding the complex needs of children, adolescents and families at risk of homelessness.
• Experience supporting individuals/families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
• Certificate IV in Community Services or equivalent.

Our Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a highly motivated person who:

• Has demonstrated experience in developing case plans within an established case management model
• Has both knowledge and an understanding of the social issues relevant to homelessness, including the determinants and effects of homelessness
• Understands the complex needs of children, adolescents, and families at risk of homelessness, together with the impact/effect of other issues such as domestic violence, mental health, etc.
• Has demonstrated experience in or has a solid understanding of supporting individuals/families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
• Holds a Certificate IV in Community Services or equivalent and substantial experience in the field

You Will Need To:
