MEEDAC in Western Australia seeks a dedicated Case Manager to support participants with diverse needs toward employment, education and training goals. You will conduct assessments, plan with participants, coach and refer to employment services, and build strong relationships with employers and service providers.

Travel and outreach may be required as part of delivering personalised support in a client-focused, contract-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Valid Australian Driver’s License.
  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Satisfactory National Police Clearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in case management or employment services (desirable).
  • Understanding of culturally diverse communities.
  • Culturally competent, empathetic and professional approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of participants with diverse needs.

Position Details:
