What we’re looking for

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum five years post‑graduate nursing experience with demonstrated clinical leadership and resource coordination.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and make innovative decisions to support quality client care.
• Skilled in mentoring staff and supporting professional development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic, changing environments.

The role

• Lead and support a dedicated clinical team, fostering growth, competence, and emotional wellbeing.
• Coordinate resources to deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based care that meets client needs.
• Deliver hands‑on clinical care and resolve complex issues with confidence and compassion.
• Act as a key escalation point for nurses managing client deterioration and other clinical challenges.
• Drive communication through team meetings, stakeholder engagement, and documentation excellence.
• Support onboarding, mentoring, and student placements to build a strong, future‑ready workforce.
