Job summary

Stone Freight Solutions in Sydney seeks a Cartage Specialist to service Import LCL/FCL/Airfreight customers. Handle cartage via external couriers and navigate Cargowise1 workflows.

You will input costs, sell rates and generate final invoices in Cargowise1, manage customer accounts and build client relationships while ensuring satisfaction and exploring new opportunities in various trade lanes. Qualifications

• 2+ years cartage experience with a Freight Forwarder in Australia.
• 1+ years experience with Cargowise1 including workflows and Edocs.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle FCL / LCL / Airfreight cartage via external couriers / transport carriers.
• Navigate Cargowise1 Workflows - Tasks / Milestones/ Edocs.
• Navigate ICs, ensure cargo is customs cleared.
• Liaise with customer re holds / fumigation requirements.
• Input costs, sell rates and generate final invoices in Cargowise1.
• Manage customer accounts and build client relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and develop new opportunities in different trade lanes.
