MRAEL are partnering with Bayliss Constructions to recruit a 1st or 2nd-year Carpentry Apprentice in Caboolture. Join a supportive team working on diverse government construction projects and Energex substations, with hands-on experience across general construction, formwork, and building maintenance.

Applicants must have at least 6 months of site experience and WHS units completed; you will receive structured training, a formal qualification, and clear pathways to leadership as you develop

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months into 1st year carpentry or currently in a 2nd year.
  • Must have completed WHS units (non-negotiable for host contract).
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Desire to learn complex, specialized skills.

Responsibilities

  • General construction tasks and site duties.
  • Specialized formwork installation.
  • Building maintenance and upkeep.
  • Work on Energex substations and formwork projects.
  • Excavating and repairing weathered/damaged materials under structures.

Are you a 1st or 2nd-year Carpentry Apprentice looking for a supportive team and diverse projects? MRAEL has partnered with Bayliss Constructions, a highly respected host employer specialising in government construction works, to find our next rising star.
