Job summary

We Fix Bayside is seeking a trade-qualified carpenter to join a small team and work directly with the owner on handyman-type projects. The role is based out of Thornlands, with a local work vehicle provided, and regular work across the Redlands.

Pay is negotiable based on experience, ranging from $35 to $45 per hour. Tools may be provided; your own tools are a bonus. This is hands-on work within a small, non-hierarchical business setting.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified carpenter or equivalent handyman experience.
• Able to work independently and complete jobs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Having own tools is a bonus; some tools provided.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on carpentry tasks on handyman-style projects across the Redlands.
• Collaborate with the owner or a small team to complete jobs efficiently.
