BuildRight Construction AU in New South Wales, Australia, is seeking an experienced Carpenter/Direct Stick Flooring Installer for a full-time role across residential and commercial projects. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience.
Experience installing direct-stick engineered timber flooring is highly regarded.
Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Current driver's licence.
Ability to work across residential and commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of WHS practices.

Responsibilities

Carry out general carpentry work on residential and commercial projects.
Install direct-stick engineered timber flooring to a high standard.
Measure, cut and fit timber and other building materials accurately.
Interpret plans, specifications and project requirements.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
Ensure flooring installations are completed safely and efficiently.
Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment.
Work independently and collaboratively with the project team.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow WHS procedures at all times.
Assist with project planning and task coordination where required.
Complete projects within scheduled timeframes.
Provide professional service and maintain quality standards on every project.
