Job summary

BuildRight Construction AU is seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter to join a leading commercial construction company delivering large-scale high-rise projects across Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter on commercial high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial formwork systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Excellent understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Jumpform experience will be highly regarded.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Construct and dismantle formwork systems for commercial concrete structures.
• Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install formwork to required dimensions.
• Ensure formwork is completed to quality and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other construction trades.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with concrete pours and related site activities as required.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Complete tasks within project deadlines while maintaining workmanship standards.
