Job summary

Core Talent is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a busy commercial fit-out project in Sydney CBD with an immediate start. This role requires a Carpenter by trade who has progressed into site supervision and has strong experience delivering commercial fit-out works.

You will supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinate trades, read drawings, conduct inductions, and liaise with the PM and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Carpentry trade background - essential.
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand.
• Commercial fit-out experience highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and finishing trades.
• Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• White Card required.
• Available for an immediate start.
