WAGTAIL HOME IMPROVEMENTS PTY LTD in Blacktown, NSW, is seeking a hardworking Carpenter or Apprentice Carpenter (2nd & 3rd Year) to join our residential construction team. Two positions are available for immediate start across Sydney's western suburbs.

You will be involved in timber framing, wall framing, roof framing, patio construction and general carpentry, working safely as part of a team. We offer full-time and part-time roles, with training for apprentices and a supportive, growing company

Qualifications

• Hardworking and punctual with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Safety conscious with commitment to quality workmanship.
• Holder of a current White Card.

Carpenter / Apprentice Carpenter 2nd & 3rd Year

Wagtail Patios is Western Sydney’s leading patio business, specialising in quality patios, decking, and sunrooms across Sydney.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a hardworking and reliable Carpenter or Apprentice Carpenter to join our team for ongoing residential construction work. Two positions are available.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being hands on and wants to build their skills and experience with an established and growing company.

The Role

You will be involved in a variety of residential construction and carpentry work, including:

• Cut on site timber framing

• Wall and roof framing

• Cut on site metal framing

• General residential carpentry

• Patio and outdoor construction

• Working as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard

We are interested in 2nd & 3rd Year Apprentice who are looking for an opportunity to gain valuable hands on experience and further develop their skills OR qualified carpenters with experience (competitive salary).

What We're Looking For

• Hardworking, reliable and punctual

• Keen to learn and develop their carpentry skills

• Able to work well as part of a team

• Safety conscious and committed to quality workmanship

• Holder of a current White Card

• Have own reliable transport and tools

• Carpentry or residential construction experience preferred, not essential as training will be provided
