Ascent Carpentry Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Carpenter for a full-time role in Sydney. You will be involved in structural and general carpentry, framing to engineer plans and AS 1684 on luxury residential projects across Sydney's Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and North Shore.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd Year Carpentry Apprentice.
• White Card holder or equivalent construction-industry safety card.
• Own basic hand tools and reliable transport to site.
• Physically fit and able to work full days on site.
• Punctual and reliable — show up ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and general carpentry across floor, wall and roof framing to engineer plans.
• Work on quality residential builds and unit developments in Sydney.
• Adhere to AS 1684 and project schedules; follow site safety rules.
• Collaborate with supervisors and crew to deliver accurate framing.
• Be prepared for additional hours or Saturdays when needed.

2nd / 3rd Year Apprentice Carpenter — Full Time | Sydney

Ascent Carpentry is a structural timber framing specialist working on luxury residential construction across Sydney's Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and North Shore. We frame custom homes and multi-unit developments to a high standard — precise, engineered, and finished properly — and we're looking for a reliable 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Carpenter to grow with the team.

The Role

• Full-time, long-term ongoing position
• Structural and general carpentry — floor, wall and roof framing to engineer's plans and AS 1684
• Work on quality residential builds and unit developments across Sydney
• Monday to Friday, with Saturdays available for those who want the hours
• Immediate start available for the right person
• Currently a 2nd or 3rd Year Carpentry Apprentice
• White Card
• Driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
• Own basic hand tools
• Physically fit and able to work full days on site
• Punctual and reliable — if you say you'll be there, you're there
