Job summary

Fleetwood Australia is seeking a hands-on Full-time carpenter for our High Wycombe modular building facility. You’ll be involved in framing, fit-out and assembly work inside a factory environment, bringing modular builds to life.

Join a close-knit crew, follow established processes to meet safety, quality and production targets, and see projects come together from start to finish while delivering two-storey and single-storey components.

Qualifications

  • Carpentry trade qualification (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • White Card (Construction Card).
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Sound understanding of the building and construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Install and assemble building components (flooring, wall frames, roof trusses, windows, doors, exterior claddings).
  • Set up building levels and alignments according to drawings and project requirements.
  • Build stairs, ramps, eaves and transit walls.
  • Support project progress by assisting team members and labourers.
  • Conduct maintenance, repairs and reworks to ensure quality and safety.
  • Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.

This is a full-time role based at our High Wycombe modular building facility, working in a factory environment where you'll be involved in framing, fit-out and assembly work that brings our builds to life.

You'll be part of a close-knit crew, following established processes to meet safety, quality and production targets, with the opportunity to see projects come together from start to finish.
