Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Sydney is seeking a capable Cargo Operations Supervisor to uphold safety and security standards while coordinating day-to-day cargo handling activities. You will train staff, manage performance, and ensure accurate rostering and attendance to meet client expectations.

You will apply detailed knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and provide informed advice about the company’s products and services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of airline policies and procedures.
• Understanding of airline systems and operations.
• Knowledge of Government Regulations affecting aviation.
• Ability to explain products and services to customers.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.
