About the Role
As a Cargo Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of our cargo operation, helping ensure freight is moved safely, efficiently and on time.
Working in a fast-paced aviation environment, you’ll coordinate team members within your designated operational area, allocate work and help ensure safety, service, productivity and performance targets are achieved.
You’ll be part of a team of four Cargo Coordinators, working closely with our Duty Managers to respond to changing priorities, solve operational challenges and keep the operation running smoothly.
Currently, the operation primarily runs overnight, so this role requires regular overnight work. As the operation evolves, the team will rotate across both day and overnight operations.
Most importantly, this is a hands-on people leadership role. You’ll provide direction, coaching and support to team members on shift, helping create a high-performing culture where safety, accountability, teamwork and exceptional service are at the forefront.
