Key Assets Australia is seeking a Carer Recruitment Senior Practitioner to lead recruitment, assessment and training of prospective foster carers while delivering excellent customer service. As a Carer Recruitment Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for the recruitment process of prospective foster carers with regard to recruiting, assessing and training them, whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining recruitment and marketing strategies, and to lead the delivery of an effective carer recruitment strategy through coordinating carer assessment processes and undertaking a range of marketing activities in consultation with the Recruitment & Panel Manager.
As part of the retention and operations team you will ensure an efficient, consistent process that embeds a positive carer experience at every step of the carer journey.
The base salary for this position is $105,570.40 -110,350.76 per annum + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum.
This position is a part-time 12-month contract.
