Job summary

The Vocational Education Coordinator at Centenary State High School will lead RTO compliance, coordinate vocational education and career pathways for senior students, and partner with staff, employers and training providers to deliver quality VET programs.

You will analyse data from OneSchool and other systems, support pathway development, and provide guidance to students and families about qualifications and careers, ensuring compliance and reporting requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with RTO compliance and school-based VET programs.
• Ability to analyse data and report on student outcomes.
• Knowledge of vocational pathways and career development.
• Experience coordinating with teachers, employers and training providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the school's RTO requirements and compliance.
• Maintain records, policies and procedures for quality assurance.
• Prepare compliance reports and submissions related to vocational delivery.
• Collaborate with Data Management to maintain high-quality vocational data.
• Identify pathway opportunities and support workplace learning programs.
