Job summary

BaptistCare Mid Richmond Centre in Coraki, NSW is seeking compassionate Casual Carers to support residents with person-centred care, promoting dignity and wellbeing.

You will assist with daily living, mobility and mealtime support, build relationships with residents and families, and participate in creating a safe, welcoming environment. Hourly rates range $32.61–$36.23, plus 25% casual loading and 12% super.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent is required or currently undertaking Undergraduate Registered Nurse studies.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and team members.
• Understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and values.
