Job summary

Churches of Christ in Queensland invites applications for an experienced Registered Nurse stepping into a Care Management leadership role at a 50-bed residential aged care service. You will oversee clinical governance, care planning and documentation while mentoring the nursing team and maintaining high standards of resident-centered care.

This Monday–Friday position offers relocation assistance including accommodation, 5 weeks annual leave, and NFP salary packaging, with supportive leadership

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
• Hold a current National Police Check (or ability to acquire).
• Strong communication, clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Experience mentoring, leading or supporting other nurses.
• Commitment to quality, compliance and person-centred care.
• Willingness to step into broader clinical leadership.
• Residential aged care experience is valued, but leadership capability can compensate.

Are you a Care Manager but looking for a change?

Or perhaps you're a Senior RN, Clinical Lead, Clinical Nurse Consultant or experienced Registered Nurse ready to step into Care Management?

Palms Aged Care Service in Ingham, North Queensland, is looking for an experienced RN to provide clinical leadership across our 50-bed residential aged care service.

This is an opportunity to take the next step in your career while working alongside an experienced Service Manager and supportive Seniors Living leadership team.

Importantly, this is a Monday to Friday role with no on-call requirement.
