Job summary

Private Advertiser is partnering with multiple aged care providers across Australia and seeks a Clinical Manager to lead clinical teams in a dynamic aged care environment. Roles are available nationwide with relocation assistance and a focus on clinical quality and leadership development.

Successful candidates will have AHPRA RN registration, at least 1 year of clinical management experience, and a passion for improving aged care standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Clinical Management experience in Residential Aged Care or similar setting.
• AHPRA Registration (RN).
• Solid knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and aged care regulation.
• Strong leadership capability for team development and clinical excellence.

Role Requirements:

• 1+ years of previous Clinical Management experience in a Residential Aged Care or a similarly complex care setting
• AHPRA Registration (RN)
• Solid knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and aged care regulation
• Strong leadership capability with an interest in building and developing your team to promote clinical excellence
