Pathways Health Management – Northbridge NSW 2063 is seeking an experienced Care Manager for our luxury aged care residence in Northbridge. This full‑time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule and a competitive salary of $125k, plus superannuation, 17.5% leave loading and parking.

You will mentor RNs and clinical staff, oversee resident care, provide expert clinical guidance, and ensure compliance with ACQSC and DOHDA.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in nursing.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Covid and flu vaccine, Police Check.

Responsabilités

Pathways Residences is a luxury Aged Care home providing accommodation to our elderly Australians in Sydney. We are looking for an experienced Care Manager to join our team full time in Northbridge NSW 2063.

The home has recently passed re-registration in July 2026 and has a strong, stable and supportive leadership team.
