About The Role

Yallambie Lodge is situated in Cooma, just over 100 kms south of Canberra. Our team delivers high-quality, personalised care in our 40-room site. With freshly prepared meals, engaging lifestyle programs, and strong on-call clinical and operational support, staff are empowered to focus on meaningful care and genuine connection. Whether you’re already part of the local community or looking for a fresh start, Yallambie Lodge is a supportive, close-knit workplace where you can grow your career and enjoy a better pace of life.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within our aged care facility. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role where your clinical expertise and guidance will directly shape the wellbeing and quality of life of our residents.

In this role, you’ll work closely with residents, families, and care teams to ensure care is safe, responsive, and tailored to individual needs. You’ll be a trusted leader on the floor—supporting staff, guiding best practice, and ensuring clinical standards are consistently met.

This is an opportunity to step into a role where your leadership makes a visible and meaningful impact every day. You’ll be part of a supportive, values-driven environment that prioritises dignity, respect, and quality care for every resident.

We’re looking for someone who leads with confidence and empathy, communicates effectively, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. If you’re passionate about aged care and committed to delivering excellence, this role offers the chance to make a real difference.

Join us and help create a home where residents feel safe, supported, and valued every day.
