Job summary

Sunnyside House in Victoria is seeking a Care Manager to lead and support the clinical care team, ensuring high standards of resident care in a 40-bed, community-owned facility.

The role requires current AHPRA registration as an RN, strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Standards, and proven leadership to foster a positive workplace culture with staff education and mentoring.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Care Manager to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the clinical care team to ensure high standards of resident care
• Oversee clinical governance and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting in line with the Aged Care Act
• Build and nurture strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Assist with staff education and mentoring to support best practice care delivery

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Act and the associated Standards, including compliance, accreditation, and reporting requirements.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and team-oriented approach.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture
