Job summary

Estia Health in Kadina, SA, is seeking a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration to lead the home as Residential Aged Care Manager. You will oversee clinical care, budgets, and staff development while ensuring high-quality resident outcomes.

As second in command, you will train carers and nurses, manage the clinic, and drive programs that elevate wellbeing and safety. A values-driven leader with a commitment to compassionate aged care is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with AHPRA registration.
• At least 3 years in nursing management at ward level or above.
• Experience in managing people and budgets.

Responsibilities
