Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to lead clinical and operational performance within our aged care home. You will draw on your nursing leadership to enhance residents’ wellbeing and family engagement, while guiding care teams and ensuring compliance and governance.

You will oversee clinic operations, drive clinical care programs, manage budgets and contribute to strategic improvements in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration
• At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above
• Experience in managing people and budgets
• Background in Aged Care

About the Role

Reporting into the head of the home, known as the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you’ll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents’ wellbeing.
