Job summary

Sharp & Carter is assisting an established aged care provider in Geelong to recruit a Care Director. This role is second in charge of the home, reporting to the Facility Manager, and uses your clinical background to improve resident wellbeing.

You will oversee the clinical operations, lead staff development, manage budgets, and contribute to the home’s care programs while ensuring compliance and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• RN with current AHPRA registration.
• At least 3 years in a nursing management role at ward level or above.
• Experience managing people and budgets.
• Background in aged care; honest, ethical leadership.
