Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking a Care Director in Geelong to join an established aged care home. You will be second in charge, reporting to the Facility Manager, and will use your clinical background to improve residents’ wellbeing.

Your role will focus on leading nursing teams, overseeing clinic operations, developing care programs, and supporting financial management within the home. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Be registered with AHPRA and hold current nursing registration.
• Minimum 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above.
• Experience managing teams and budgets in aged care.
• Background in aged care with a strong ethical leadership approach.
