Job summary

Newcastle Anglican is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our aged care facility Storm Village in Taree on a permanent Part-Time basis with afternoon shifts. Join a multi-disciplinary team delivering person-centred care to our residents and support their wellbeing.

The role offers a supportive team environment, a competitive hourly rate up to $34.59 p/h, and benefits including salary packaging, health insurance discounts and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in Individual or Ageing Support, or 2nd/3rd Yr RN student.
• Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work effectively both as an individual and within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately document residents' care/progress.

• Actively promote Anglican Care’s positive culture with residents, staff and families.
• Deliver consistent person-centred care to residents in the facility.

Full Time Care Assistant - 76 hours per fortnight

Afternoon shifts

Newcastle Anglican is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join on a permanent Part-Time basis at our Aged Care Facility Storm Village in Taree. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care home.
