Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive ANZ business planning, strategy and execution for cardiovascular therapies in Australia and New Zealand.

You will lead therapy awareness programs, digital marketing efforts, and local brand planning while aligning with global units. Strong cardiology knowledge and healthcare marketing experience are essential; Bachelor’s degree required with Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong cardiology knowledge across ANZ is highly advantageous.
• Proven marketing experience in healthcare; medical device exposure preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing management activities: budget, planning, and execution aligned to annual plans.
• Develop ANZ therapy awareness programs and digital marketing with local/global stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Marketing Communications, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service.
• Assist pricing strategy, tendering processes, and ensure compliance with policy and ethics.
