Job summary

Advara HeartCare is seeking a Cardiac Physiologist to deliver high-quality ECG testing and support across multiple cardiology practices in Queensland and Brisbane. The role includes performing ECGs, monitoring, and assisting with Exercise Stress Tests while upholding exceptional patient care.

You will work with Cardiologists and diverse staff, travelling between sites as required. The ideal candidate brings ECG expertise, strong communication, and a patient-centered approach in a busy clinical

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of the principles of ECG analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to guide less experienced Cardiac Physiologists.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks.
• Strong customer service mindset with patient sensitivity.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing workflow.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and accept feedback.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ECG testing procedures and interpretation for patients.
• Assist with exercise stress tests and exercise stress echocardiograms.
• Perform and support ECGs, Holter, and event monitor applications and analyses.
• Collaborate with Cardiology team across multiple locations to ensure best care.
• Travel between sites to deliver high-quality patient care.
