Job summary

Advara HeartCare in Bundaberg is recruiting a Cardiac Physiologist to deliver high-quality care for a range of cardiovascular conditions. You will perform non-invasive cardiac testing, including ECGs, Holter monitoring and stress tests, with a focus on pacing workflows.

You’ll work with a collaborative team across our national network, travel between metropolitan and regional clinics, and contribute to continuous improvement and excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Primary Degree in Health Science or related field or a Diploma in Applied Science is desirable but not essential.
• Experience with Health Track electronic medical records preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent patient care and communication with diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive cardiac tests including 12-lead ECGs and stress tests.
• Conduct pacemaker clinics: interrogations, programming and troubleshooting.
• Analyse results and provide compassionate patient care.
• Stay up to date with pacing advancements and software.
