Job summary

KennedyRV in Toowoomba is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead the caravan workshop, ensuring repairs, servicing, PDI and safety standards are met. You will drive profitability while building a high‑performing team and delivering excellent customer service.

You will manage daily workflow, oversee inspections and quality control, and coordinate parts, warranties and customer communications. Strong leadership and RV systems knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership in RV/caravan repair environments.
• Proven ability to manage a multidisciplinary workshop team.
• Strong understanding of 12V electrical, plumbing and gas systems in caravans.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workshop operations and allocate job flow to meet SLAs.
• Oversee Pre-Delivery Inspections and ensure compliance with Australian Standards.
• Control inventory, parts ordering and warranty processing.
• Maintain safety culture and conduct team meetings and reviews.
• Serve as main contact for customers regarding repairs and bookings.
