Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in management and maintenance of buildings and grounds (preferably Caravan Park).
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of local government acts and residential land lease regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality services for residents and guests.
• Conduct weekly site inspections and manage staff performance and rosters.
• Oversee budgets, finances, and contracting in line with council policies.
