Job summary

Opera caravan Pty Ltd in Melbourne, Australia, seeks a Caravan Operations & Business Development Coordinator to drive production coordination, dealer and customer relationships, and business growth. Responsibilities

• Coordinate caravan builds from confirmed order through to completion and customer handover.
• Prepare and review caravan specifications and layouts and communicate requirements to the manufacturing team.
• Monitor production progress, timelines and delivery dates.
• Coordinate furniture and supplier orders and ensure specifications and measurements are correct.
• Conduct final quality control checks before caravan handover.
• Keep customers and dealers updated throughout the build process.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealerships.
• Identify and approach potential new dealers and follow up sales opportunities.
• Assist with generating new business and increasing caravan sales.
• Coordinate warranty jobs between customers, contractors and the in-house team.

Caravan Operations & Business Development Coordinator

This is a varied all-rounder role covering caravan production coordination, dealer and customer relationships, business development, marketing and warranty management. You will work closely with our manufacturing team, suppliers, dealers, contractors and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate caravan builds from confirmed order through to completion and customer handover.

Prepare and review caravan specifications and layouts and communicate requirements to the manufacturing team.

Monitor production progress, timelines and delivery dates.

Coordinate furniture and supplier orders and ensure specifications and measurements are correct.

Conduct final quality control checks before caravan handover.

Keep customers and dealers updated throughout the build process.

Maintain strong relationships with existing dealerships.

Identify and approach potential new dealers and follow up sales opportunities.

Assist with generating new business and increasing caravan sales.
