Rodar is seeking a results-driven Finance & Sales Consultant to engage warm car-buying leads and navigate them from inquiry to delivery. The role combines exceptional people skills with a strong phone presence and a passion for helping customers secure optimal finance options.

You'll join a fast-growing team in Australia, receive full training in car buying and credit processes, and benefit from uncapped commissions along with base pay and super.

Qualifications

• Genuinely good with people and able to relate well on the phone.
• Warm and confident on the phone.
• Has hit targets before and can share numbers.
• Fast learner, coachable, self-motivated and proactive.
• Capable of juggling 15 customers at different stages.

Responsibilities

• Talk to warm enquiries and convert interest into a sale.
• Match customers to suitable cars and secure dealer competition for best price.
• Structure customer finance with a panel of lenders and explain options.
• Handle trade-ins, paperwork and delivery logistics.
• Keep customers updated throughout; ensure a positive final review.
