easyauto123 Hendra in Queensland is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. You’ll guide customers through their vehicle-buying journey, present our quality used and factory-fresh vehicles, and close deals with confidence.

With a generous base salary plus uncapped commission, your earnings are in your hands. Weekend rosters and ongoing training ensure you can grow with Australia’s largest automotive network.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not essential.
• A passion for sales and outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence negotiating and closing.
• Excellent time management and organisation.
• Availability to work weekends on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through their entire vehicle-buying journey.
• Present and demonstrate our range of used andFactory Fresh vehicles.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right options.
• Manage enquiries, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, every time.
