Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking a Capital Works Project Manager to take ownership of projects from initial planning through to handover in Sydney. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and external partners to deliver safe, efficient projects of high quality.

The ideal candidate has extensive capital works experience, strong procurement and contractor management skills, and can manage multiple projects concurrently in a client-side or consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project management or capital works.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle.
• Client-side or consultancy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple capital works projects across the portfolio.
• Lead projects from scope through to design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Develop and manage programmes, budgets, milestones and delivery strategies.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities.
• Ensure projects meet timeframes, budgets and quality requirements.
