Queensland Government in Cairns seeks a Capital Projects Coordinator to support delivery of CHHHS infrastructure. You will coordinate capital projects as directed by the Capital Infrastructure Manager and assist in planning, delivery and reporting across portfolios.

The role requires liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing disruption notices, and contributing to defects liabilities reporting to ensure compliant, safe and high-quality health infrastructure for the Cairns

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital projects as requested by Capital Infrastructure Manager.
• Coordinate and manage the disruption notice process, implementation and reporting.
• Support Project Managers in the development, delivery and monitoring of CHHHS delivered projects.
• Participate in the Defects Liabilities reporting to ensure correct processes and outcomes.
