Job summary

KENT Consumer Brands in APAC is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to own capital projects from concept to commissioning. You will lead planning, delivery, and handover across manufacturing operations, coordinating stakeholders, contractors and external partners to meet safety, time and budget goals.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will drive scopes, budgets and schedules while ensuring site safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related).
• Experience in project engineering and capital project delivery.
• End-to-end project management: scope, budget and schedule.
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder skills.
• Food/consumer products or continuous manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept through commissioning.
• Develop project scopes, cost estimates, timelines and success measures.
• Lead design activity, equipment selection and process integration.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors and engineering firms.
• Oversee construction, installation and commissioning with minimal disruption.
• Provide regular project updates including risks, milestones and mitigation.
