Job summary

Automic Group, Australia’s market leader in investor administration, seeks a Senior Associate, Capital Markets in Perth. You will deliver end-to-end corporate actions and capital markets transactions, coordinating with clients and advisers to ensure timely, accurate execution.

With 3–5 years in capital markets or related roles, you will leverage strong Excel skills and a client-facing mindset to manage multiple transactions, while supporting the team and ensuring compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in markets transactions.
• Strong Excel capability, with data validation and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end transactions in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong client-facing relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end corporate actions and capital markets transactions (e.g., entitlement offers, IPOs, SPs, takeovers).
• Execute operational activities: allotments, issuance, reconciliation, settlement, documentation and reporting.
• Manage client communications and internal coordination to meet milestones and regulatory deadlines.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and balance priorities across multiple live transactions.
• Mentor peers and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
