Job summary

Automic Group in Perth is seeking a Senior Associate, Capital Markets to own end-to-end corporate actions and capital markets transactions for our clients. You will manage multiple live transactions, work closely with clients and advisers, and contribute to delivery with accuracy and timeliness.

The role suits professionals with 3–5 years’ experience in capital markets or related areas, a strong Excel capability, and solid client-facing communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in markets transactions or capital markets roles.
• Strong Excel capability, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end transactions in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent client-facing communication via email, phone, and meetings.
• Detail-oriented with strong risk, controls, and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end corporate actions and capital markets transactions (e.g., entitlement offers, IPOs).
• Execute operational activities including allotments, issuance, reconciliation, settlement, and reporting.
• Manage client communication and coordinate with advisers to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Identify risks and escalate issues, balancing priorities across multiple transactions.
• Support team capability through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
