Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Capability Specialist to support NSW Workers Compensation. You will coach staff from Sydney CBD and Parramatta, bridging technical training to operational roles and maintaining regulatory knowledge across the team.

You will work with the Technical Training Team to identify knowledge gaps, deliver coaching programs, and monitor performance. A strong background in workers' compensation and staff development is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the workers compensation field and case management.
• Demonstrated coaching ability and ability to transfer knowledge to staff.
• Strong understanding of NSW workers compensation legislation and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job technical and operational training for staff.
• Coach and assess staff against professional standards framework.
• Prepare reports and audits to ensure quality and performance.
