• Experience building or managing capability programmes in tech/SaaS environments.
• Ability to link learning initiatives to business outcomes (velocity, retention, mobility).
• Strong stakeholder influence and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable results and OKRs.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and how they shape capability needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead capability development for Product & Technology.
• Architect frameworks enabling rapid skill growth for 2,600+ professionals.
• Partner with leaders to align frameworks with business OKRs.
• Define success metrics beyond completions (velocity, mobility, eNPS).
• Design upskilling programmes around AI/ML and emerging tech.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to embed growth.
