Job summary

Glen Eira City Council is seeking two experienced capability and change practitioners to help turn strategy into practical leadership action. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Capability and Change, you will partner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, embed organisation-wide frameworks and support new ways of working.

The roles are full-time, two-year fixed-term positions with hybrid working arrangements and a forward-looking, supportive culture.
