Sanitarium Health Food Company in New South Wales is seeking a Casual Canteen Assistant to join our busy team. You’ll work 2–3 shifts weekly, with options 7:00am–2:00pm or 4:00pm–9:00pm, bringing a friendly attitude and strong customer service.

A Food Handling Course will be funded by Sanitarium. Responsibilities include preparing vegetarian food, serving colleagues, handling the till, restocking the Staff Store, and keeping areas clean and compliant with food safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Confidence with cash handling and POS systems.
• Flexibility to cover shifts and additional hours as needed.

The Role

We're on the lookout for a Casual Canteen Assistant to join the team!

What you need to know:

• Approximately 2-3 shifts per week
• Availability to work either 7:00am-2:00pm or 4:00pm-9:00pm
• A friendly, approachable attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Confidence with cash handling and cash register/POS systems
• Flexibility to cover additional shifts when team members are on annual leave

A little experience with food is preferred, but not essential. The successful applicant will be required to complete a Food Handling Course, which will be funded by Sanitarium.
