Job summary

Linear Clinical Research Limited is seeking a Clinical Project Coordinator to drive cancer trial activities at our Advanced Clinical Trials Centre in Western Australia. You will coordinate studies with sponsors, clinicians and research teams, ensuring projects stay on track and compliant.

In this fast-paced role, you will liaise with diverse stakeholders, manage timelines, and contribute to delivering new treatment options to patients.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence liaising with sponsors, clinicians, participants, and internal teams.
• Experience working within regulated environments and following established procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
