Job summary

Australian Department of Parliamentary Services in Canberra seeks an experienced Parliamentary Executive Level 1 (PEL1) Agile Project Manager to drive ICT and Library projects within the Library Collections and Systems Branch. You will lead Agile delivery, manage Azure DevOps workflows and ensure timely, budgeted outcomes, while fostering collaboration across internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires strong Agile coaching abilities, multi-stream execution, and the capacity to

Qualifications

Certifications in AgilePM, Agile Scrum, Prince2 Agile, Prince2 or similar frameworks.
Experience using Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms for Agile project delivery.
Based in Canberra; on-site attendance required.
Baseline Vetting (Protected/Restricted) security clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

Lead ICT and Library projects using Agile methodologies across multiple streams.
Manage Agile delivery, sprint cycles and workflows to meet timelines and budgets.
Build productive relationships with internal teams, vendors and departments.
Coach teams and stakeholders to mature Agile practices within the Library.
