Job summary

The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is seeking a Parliamentary Executive Level 1 (PEL1) Agile Project Manager within the Library Collections and Systems Branch in Canberra. You will lead ICT and Library projects, drive Agile delivery using Azure DevOps, and coach teams to mature Agile practices across the library.

Manage multiple work streams, coordinate with vendors and parliamentary departments, and ensure timelines, budgets and deliverables are met while maintaining security

Qualifications

• Certifications: AgilePM, Agile Scrum, Prince2 Agile, Prince2 or equivalent.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for Agile delivery.
• On-site Canberra-based role requiring Baseline Vetting (Protected/Restricted) security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT and Library projects and manage Agile delivery.
• Oversee sprint cycles and Agile workflows across teams.
• Build productive relationships with internal teams, vendors and parliamentary departments.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices in the Library.
