Job summary

OneSchool Global invites applications for a Campus Student Support Assistant at the Orange Campus on a permanent full-time basis, commencing in Term 1, 2026. You will work with the Learning Support Teacher to support students across Year 3–12, focusing on inclusion and participation in classroom activities.

The successful candidate will hold a Certificate III or IV in Education Support, have relevant experience, and be capable of one-to-one support with students needing additional communication

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Education Support is required.
• Experience working one-to-one with students with communication and learning needs.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Learning Support Teacher to reinforce strategies.
• Provide student-centred support across academic, social and self-care contexts.
• Adapt support to different activities and settings.
• Assist with release time planning for the Learning Support Teacher.
• Provide confidential, dignified and respectful support following student care plans.
• Support communication through AAC, visuals and language strategies.
